Content & Social Media Manager
Part-time Role


We're looking for a part-time Content & Social Media Manager to join our team.

Job Summary:

  • Managing our content strategy and social media presence.
  • Growing our audience and engagement.
  • Collaborating with influencers and content creators to maintain a cohesive brand voice.


Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop, plan, and schedule engaging content across platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok).
  • Social Media Strategy: Create and implement data-driven strategies to grow followers, engagement, and conversions.
  • Brand Storytelling: Ensure all content aligns with the brand's tone, values, and aesthetics.
  • Campaign Management: Track campaigns for product drops, promotions, and events.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Monitor performance metrics (e.g. engagement rates, reach, ROI) and adapt strategies based on insights.
  • Community Engagement: Actively engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster brand loyalty.
  • Collaboration: Work with influencers, content creators, artists and photographers to produce engaging visuals and narratives.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms.


Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience in content creation and social media management (2–3 years).
  • Strong knowledge of major platforms and their algorithms.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Basic graphic design or video editing skills (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere).
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite).
  • Passion for fashion and streetwear.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Based in Melbourne (within close proximity to our Cheltenham studio/warehouse)


Preferred Qualifications

Additional skills that would set a candidate apart, like:

  • Experience in the fashion industry.
  • Influencer marketing or partnership experience.
  • Knowledge of SEO for social content.
  • Photography or videography expertise.
